Bees are industrious and collaborative. A tree stands for growth and stability. Together, they're how we think about good software: busy where it matters, rooted where it counts.
The story
beetree is the consulting brand of HooperWorks GmbH, based in Salzburg, Austria. We started with a simple observation: most companies don't have an AI problem — they have a workflow problem. Tools pile up, processes fragment, and people spend their days moving information between systems instead of doing the work they're good at.
We bring software engineering craft to that problem, and we use AI where it earns its place. Not to replace your people, but to give them workflows that feel alive: fast, clear, and even enjoyable.
Who's behind it
beetree is run by Robert Hooper, software engineer and founder of HooperWorks GmbH. Our team brings 18+ years of experience in the private sector. Years of building and integrating software taught one lesson above all: the best solutions come from listening first and building second. Stella Hooper is the general manager of HooperWorks GmbH.
Where we work
We're based in Salzburg, Austria, and work with customers remotely and on-site across the German-speaking region and Europe.
